The AIDES association will take the responsibility to ensure that your data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act
Personal data
Personal data means any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to several elements specific to that person (e.g. name, telephone number, address, etc.).
Users of the previensmoi.fr website may submit personal data (telephone number) relating to partners in order to send an information message.
Personal data policy
The telephone numbers provided in the partner notification forms on the previensmoi.fr website are used exclusively to send a text message inviting the individuals concerned to take a screening test.
Telephone numbers are not stored permanently on the website. They are deleted as soon as the notification is sent or, if the notification is not sent, after one hour.
To enable the sending of text messages, telephone numbers are passed on to a subcontractor based in France. This subcontractor is required to comply with the rules governing the protection of personal data.
The website does not use cookies. IP addresses and the boxes ticked on the forms are not collected.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, subject to the conditions laid down by the regulations.
Given that telephone numbers are deleted promptly, it may no longer be possible to process certain requests once the data has already been deleted.

If you are a victim of abusive or malicious use of the previensmoi.fr tool, you can block the sender “ISTINFO” on your phone to stop receiving messages (SMS).
